Major Banking Organisation looking for an experienced Workday Product Owner.

The organisation is transforming its Global P&C services through simpler & faster solutions enabled by contemporary HCM & Payroll technology/services, to deliver the colleague strategy.
Minimum 5+ years HR experience along with deep expertise in one or more modules such as Core HCM, Recruitment, Learning, Talent, Advance Compensation etc. (highly desired)Experience interpreting legislative instruments including Enterprise Agreements and Australian standards of employment.Experience with HRIS/HCM Systems (SAAS) implementations working closely with implementation partners/vendors (desirable).Demonstrated ability to deliver in fast-changing environments.What you need to do now
