The Family Wellbeing Worker is responsible for ensuring the family or individual family member has access to a range of holistic services as required. The Family Wellbeing Worker is the central contact and provides an integrated response to support the family or individual family members case plan.

Applicants for the above position will:
Provide a cover letter of no more than two pages, addressing the Core Capabilities in the Position Description Possess a current driver's licence Provide an Identified reference. Hold a current Blue Card (for suitability to work with children and young people) Applicants who do not address these requirements will not be considered for shortlisting.
