About the Role The Role: Forming a key part of the Australian-based team, you will be responsible for assisting with the origination, management, and closing of M&A (Mergers & Acquisition) insurance transactions with a key focus on Australia and New Zealand. The role involves:
Engaging with other M&A stakeholders (lawyers, investment banks, accounting firms, investment funds, private equity funds, and corporate clients) to develop relationships. What You'll Be Responsible For Collaborate with clients to develop and implement financial strategies that support their business goals. Analyze clients' financial data and develop recommendations for improving their financial performance. Skills You'll Need Ability to compare and rank the relative importance and/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions. Strong decision-making skills, considering costs and benefits of potential actions to determine the most appropriate one.
