About the Role As a Strategic Asset Management Consultant, you'll work on a diverse range of assets and projects aimed at improving asset performance, sustainability, and long-term value for our clients. You'll manage key projects, collaborate with talented teams, and engage directly with clients, from the Board Room to the field, to deliver strategic advisory services. You could be supporting transport, mining, energy, facilities, or even cultural institutes. You'll be supported by a team of passionate specialists across Australia, New Zealand, and globally.
This role offers the perfect blend of technical leadership, project management, and client engagement, with ample opportunities for career growth, learning, and international collaboration. Opportunities are available in Sydney and Melbourne.
What You'll Do Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, design customized solutions, and provide expert advice. Collaborative Delivery: Work with multidisciplinary teams across Australia, New Zealand, and international offices, leveraging global expertise. Project Leadership: Lead and manage strategic asset management projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery. Professional Development: Build your industry profile through ongoing learning, project exposure, and professional networking opportunities. Innovation & Strategy: Contribute to developing new asset management strategies and innovative approaches to client challenges. What We're Looking For We're excited to hear from professionals who bring:
Asset Management Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in asset management, asset maintenance, asset management systems, or related advisory roles. Project Delivery Skills: Proven experience managing complex projects from planning to implementation, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Client-Centered Approach: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and tailored service delivery. Analytical Thinking: A strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable format. Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including report writing, data presentation, and public speaking. Team Collaboration: A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn from and mentor others. Relevant Qualifications: A Bachelor's or Post-Graduate degree in a relevant field, with certification in Asset Management (CAMA, CPAM or equivalent) or a willingness to obtain certification.
