About the Role This market-facing, design-focused position will see you:
Lead the pursuit, design, and delivery of projects. Work on a wide variety of projects - no two days are the same! Build lasting professional relationships with clients and stakeholders. Define and monitor project scopes to achieve optimal outcomes. Deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Collaborate with a national, multidisciplinary team to drive excellence. Have an opportunity to travel to a variety of locations in the Northern Territory. About You Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's in Civil/Structural Engineering. Professional Engineer qualifications and/or Engineers Australia chartership would be advantageous; however, this is not essential. Experience: 6–10+ years in structural engineering, focusing on building projects. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in all-round structural design, small to large projects. Leadership: A proven ability to guide projects and mentor junior engineers. Collaboration: Success in managing stakeholder relationships across disciplines.
