About the Role As a Manager at Worrells, you'll step into a leadership role, guiding teams and managing a diverse portfolio of insolvency and restructuring appointments.
You'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact while gaining exposure to complex matters and varied industries.
Your Role Will Include: Leading a diverse range of investigations and insolvency assignments.
Drafting and reviewing reports and other key documentation.
Driving litigation matters , providing strategic options and actionable recommendations.
Managing complex scenarios , including security interests, asset sales, and dividend procedures.
Guiding and mentoring team members, ensuring efficiency and professional excellence.
About You We're seeking motivated leaders who bring: You are an Expert in the field of insolvency and restructuring.
A Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
CAANZ or CPA qualification.
Membership with ARITA (Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association).
Proven experience in a similar role within insolvency or restructuring.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
