Lead the operations of two Sydney clubhouses as our Workspace Experience Manager, where 5-star hospitality meets operational excellence. You'll steer day-to-day operations, foster a vibrant community, and deliver exceptional service across multiple sites. This role is crucial in managing diverse teams, ensuring consistent quality, and creating a dynamic, engaging environment for every member and guest.
What we're looking for:You are an operational leader with experience managing multi-functional teams, new site openings, and fostering strong landlord relationships. You excel in delivering 5-star customer service, ensuring operational efficiency, and leading teams to exceed business objectives. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and a focus on providing exceptional service while driving the successful launch of new sites.
What your day to day will look like (but not limited to!):Lead and manage the daily operations of two clubhouses, ensuring a consistent and high-quality member experience.Foster a vibrant community by engaging with members, gathering feedback, and enhancing community initiatives.Lead, mentor, and develop your team to exceed business objectives, financial targets, and customer expectations.Manage clubhouse P&Ls, align operational expenses with financial targets, and ensure profitability.Develop strong relationships with building management and contractors, ensuring smooth operations and service excellence.Collaborate with the Sales team to maximise occupancy, customer retention, and business development opportunities.What makes you successful:In this role, your ability to manage multi-site operations and lead teams effectively will be key. You'll ensure our clubhouses operate smoothly, deliver outstanding member experiences, and meet financial and operational targets. Your strong leadership and community-building skills will foster a thriving and collaborative environment across both locations.
