QMRC is seeking to recruit a trade assistant to be based in their Cambooya workshop and beinvolved in cleaning, sanding and assisting tradespeople in the repairs, rebuilds and overhauls ofMobile Plant. The position requires a person with excellent work ethics and has an aptitude andinterest in being involved with work requiring a high level of detail and quality workmanship. The role ideally suits an individual who has worked around mechanical trades and is looking toexpand their knowledge and expertise. A background with earthmoving, agricultural or mobile plantwould be an advantage. QMRC offers an excellent work environment for personnel. The Company has a strong focus onretaining their quality staff with most staff having more than 10 years' service with QMRC. QMRChas a loyalty bonus programme to recognise and financially reward their long-term staff.The workshop generally operates 45 hours per week Monday to Friday with flexibility.
