Workshop Supervisor in Welshpool | $175K + Super Lead a rental workshop with CAT, Hitachi, and Komatsu gear. Full-time, Mon-Fri, with bonuses, super on all hours, and career growth.
Location: WA
Opportunity: Partner with an established and specialized plant and maintenance provider based in Welshpool supervising the rental workshop.
Experience: Proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor or Team Leader within a similar rental machinery field working with CAT, Hitachi, and Komatsu equipment.
Benefits: Annual performance bonus of 3.82%, super on all hours, and salary sacrifice benefits program.
Extras: Progression into senior leadership roles, working hours of Monday to Friday 6am-4pm.
