We are looking for a Workshop Supervisor who will play a pivotal role in leading our execution team.
Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, this position requires someone who can provide clear guidance and support to ensure that safety, quality, and efficiency are upheld to the highest standards, resulting in exceptional customer satisfaction.
The Mechanical Supervisor will be responsible for managing work orders effectively, ensuring strict adherence to plans, and meeting WesTrac's productivity targets while complying with Caterpillar and customer requirements.
This role demands exemplary leadership to oversee the entire Rebuilds Execution team, covering all aspects of safety, training, coaching, and task allocation.
The successful candidate will manage WesTrac trades, non-tradespersons, and contractors, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Roster: 5 Days 2 Off 10.5hrs 2 weeks of days 1 week of nights (Additional Hours Allowance & Shift Allowance)
