About the role The Workshop Supervisor will report to the Project Manager on this Iconic Iron Ore Project located in the Pilbara region of WA. This is a full-time fixed term role working on a 2/1 FIFO roster from Perth or Brisbane. Key Responsibilities The ability to prioritise critical work paths in a fast paced environment. Daily and Weekly maintenance planning. Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, actively participating in the development of standardised maintenance systems, standards, and processes to enhance overall maintenance efficiency and effectiveness. Order all necessary parts and materials for planned and scheduled maintenance work, ensuring timely availability to minimise downtime. Prioritise and integrate safety measures within planned and scheduled work orders, fostering a culture of safety awareness and compliance among the maintenance team. Ordering of parts and stock control including inventory management.   About you Have a minimum of 5 year's experience in a Workshop Supervisory role in the construction / mining resource industry working on mobile plant ranging from Surface Mining Equipment to Small Plant ideally with major civil bulk earthworks contractors. Hold a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic Trade Certificate with a minimum 5 year's post trade qualification experience. Have strong organisational skills to efficiently order and arrange necessary parts and materials, manage material procurement, and maintain comprehensive equipment life cycle records within the maintenance systems. Experienced with large mobile equipment fleets. Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Be highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Project, Excel and Word). Have a White Card. Possess a Section 44 or Schedule 26 Certificate. Hold a valid WA HR or HC drivers' licence.
