The Opportunity Are you a skilled leader with a passion for managing high-performing teams in a dynamic, hands-on environment? If so, this is an exceptional opportunity for you! You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the client's workshop. You'll oversee daily activities, inspire a team of talented technicians, and ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on challenges, embraces innovation, and enjoys mentoring others.
You will be responsible for managing the maintenance, service, and repair operations for all plant and equipment within the construction company focus on minimising downtime, managing costs, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
