Workshop Supervisor - Hd Mechanic

A Workshop Supervisor with a Heavy Diesel Mechanical background is required by Piacentini & Son for a 11:10 or 2:2 roster in the Pilbara, Western Australia. 
Piacentini & Son is an earthmoving and mining contractor specialising in bulk earthworks, supply of mobile mining and earthmoving equipment, road haulage and heavy transportation, and rehabilitation services.
We are currently seeking a qualified Workshop Supervisor / HD Mechanic to join our project in Newman, WA. You will be hands on, but spend 7 days in Supervisory role, with 4 days on the tools at either end of your shift. 
To succeed in this role with Piacentini, you will need: Ability to lead teams and build a team culture. Background experience working on CAT D9 / Excavator / Grader / Wheel Loaders and various Komatsu equipment. Experience in a mining or civil engineering environment on large scale equipment. Australian recognised Trade Qualification. Current Drivers Licence. A proven commitment to site safety standards.
