We have an exciting opportunity to join our production team at Maverick Caboolture as a Workshop Supervisor.

What does the role involve? Provide leadership, guidance, and authoritative advice on service, warranty and assembly. Delegating and directing service, warranty and assembly tasks, monitoring the progress of current production, and managing workshop team members to ensure the team's objectives and production goals are met. Lead by example getting on the tools as required to complete assembly, upgrades, warranty and servicing tasks to a high standard of quality within expected time frames. Proactively resolve problems to facilitate positive customer outcomes. Assisting with or performing administrative tasks, such as managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, and tracking inventory. Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues. Auditing work and customer service to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met. Maintaining a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring the company's adherence to these regulations, and remaining current on the industry's standards and new innovations, materials, tools, and processes. Requirements What you need is: Previous leadership and management experience is essential. Strong industry knowledge would be beneficial but not essential. Ability to work unsupervised and select appropriate course of action when necessary. Ability to identify key priorities and objectives; organise information in a logical sequence, including creation of reports appropriate to purpose and audience.
