Workshop Supervisor - $15,000 Joining Bonus

Relocation Offered from anywhere within Australia Cummins a global leader in power solutions. We are looking for a talented Workshop Supervisor to join our growing team in Darwin, NT. You will work closely with the technicians and apprentices, coaching and developing their skills.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, and Complete required documentation Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of technicians and apprentices Ensure your team achieves its KPI's to deliver results Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end Being a hands-on tools Supervisor from time to time, with minor repairs To be successful in this role you will need the following: Qualified Heavy Diesel Automotive Mechanic (Cert III) or equivalent (mobile plant) is required Experience as a qualified technician, workingwith engine products Experience in a management is preferred but not essential Strong communication and organisation skills in a high-pressure environment Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly rate paid + tool allowance + super + bonus Overtime penalties for all work above standard Monday to Friday 38hr week Relocation assistance offered from anywhere in Australia Safety equipment / PPE provided, and Uniforms provided and laundered Comprehensive Cummins product training provided Income Protection continuance insurance Annual remuneration review Participation in an annual variable compensation (bonus) program To view our additional benefits, click here - At Cummins, we are an equal opportunity employer dedicated to diversity in the workplace.
