Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Hydraulics Technician for rebuilding components and power units, as well as installation and commissioning of large hydraulic projects.
Reporting to the Service Supervisor, the Service Technician will be expected to:
Rebuild and test Bosch Rexroth components, including hydraulic pumps, motors, and wheel drives.Perform fault-finding diagnosis and product analysis reporting on workshop-based projects.Refurbish hydraulic power units.Study system requirements and develop proactive responses to faults, maintenance, or modernization topics.Order and gather components, perform tests, and identify further repairs.Maintain customer confidentiality.Prepare service quotations and follow up with customers.Upload all relevant internal service documentation, including vendor quotations, delivery dockets, service quotations, and service reports.Ensure quality control through documenting tests and installations, including supplying customer documentation.The ideal candidate will be energetic, team-oriented, and have a strong attention to detail. Have a passion for delivering high-quality service to our customers and interest in hydraulics.
We are open to supporting applicants with all mechanical or diesel mechanical qualifications, and experience in engine/transmission rebuilding, as we will support and train your transition into hydraulics.
