About the role:In this role, you will be responsible for general plumbing maintenance within the hospital and healthcare facilities.
You will be supported by a skilled multi-trade team and external contractors to ensure effective maintenance and operations.
Key duties include:
Servicing and maintaining thermostatic mixing valves, backflow prevention valves, and other statutory maintenance requirementsManage and perform new plumbing installations, coordinate external contractorsObtain quotes for spare parts and repairs as neededParticipate in an on-call rosterThis position is full time; however, part-time arrangements will be consideredAbout you:We are looking for a motivated and skilled plumber with a broad range of plumbing maintenance expertise.
You should be qualified to service thermostatic mixing valves (TMV) and backflow prevention valves.
The ideal candidate will be self-driven, able to work independently, and take projects from start to finish.
You will also need to monitor and ensure plumbing statutory compliance, documenting all servicing and repairs accurately.
