Through effective communication, you have succeeded in meeting deadlines by balancing competing priorities and fostered strong employee, management and client relationships.Key Selection CriteriaThe essentialsA relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent in Project Management. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated ongoing commitment to safety. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise fluctuating workloads and delegate effectively.Ability to remain calm under the pressure of deadlines and conflicting priorities.Collaborative approach to managing needs of internal vs external stakeholders.Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously. Lead project planning sessions, run project status meetings, daily stand-ups, site specific project meetings and retrospective meetings Define resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third partyClearly communicate to team members ensuring they understand their responsibilities and requirements to complete their tasks.Outline a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.Schedule stakeholder meetings and facilitate communication between the Operations Manager and stakeholders throughout the project life.Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation. Collecting and analysing data associated with projects undertaken and reports on project outcomes.About FlandersA technology innovator, custom manufacturer, and electrical systems troubleshooter for heavy industry, FLANDERS designs, engineers, produces, and services industrial power systems and control systems.
