Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret construction drawings and instructions for panel manufacturing. Seek guidance from the workshop supervisor if design details are unclear or missing.Mount, wire, and terminate electrical equipment for the assembly of electrical panels.Use busbar installation skills, with a focus on SCA and MCC panels.Keep the work area clean and organised, ensuring the workshop is maintained to a high standard.Identify and communicate material needs for common workshop items like DIN rail, wire duct, lugs, etc.Ensure parts and materials are correctly receipted, allocated to their appropriate job 'box,' and that delivery paperwork is submitted to administration.Participate in project and team meetings when required.Liaise with third-party suppliers as necessary.Accurately record manufacturing hours on weekly timesheets for each project worked on.Engage in workplace safety initiatives, including risk assessments and toolbox talks, ensuring personal safety and that of fellow workers.
