CJD Equipment is currently looking for an EXCEPTIONAL LEADER to join our Hobart Team to support in the operational and technical side of the business! A day in the job will see you:  Offloading your experience and providing MENTORING AND LEADERSHIP to the workshop team Working on TOP BRAND EQUIPMENT & TRUCKS – Diagnosing, servicing and repairing to customer & CJD standards Providing assistance to the service manager with job costing, quotations and retail repairs Maintaining exceptional standards of safety, QUALITY WORKMANSHIP and keeping a smile on our customers face at all times Your application will go to the top of our shortlist if you have: Australian recognised Heavy Diesel Motor Mechanic trade certificate Experience performing maintenance, service, repairs, and rebuilds of heavy vehicles and carrying our electrical diagnostics and repairs Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution focus mentality A proactive attitude toward safety – you want to get home in one piece and we want you to as well! A stellar attitude and top-notch communication skills Experience with PC programs and equipment diagnostic programs HR drivers licence (Aircon ticket desirable) What's in it for you?
