About Us:Family owned business specializes in designing, installing, and fabricating poly welders, irrigation systems, pumps, and tanks for agriculture, mining, and water treatment.
We are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to lead our team of seven.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate workshop activities and team performance.Serve as the link between sales and the workshop.Plan and schedule projects to ensure timely completion.Engage with customers through calls and on-site visits.Provide hands-on technical support as needed.Qualifications: Experience in a management role within a workshop or fabrication environment, preferably with pumps and irrigation systems.Strong mechanical aptitude, ideally as a fitter or senior fitter.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Flexibility to work overtime as required.Working Hours:Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, with potential for overtime.
