We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Service and Repairs division at the Forrestfield facility.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the Repairs and Maintenance team to deliver timely and effective services for internal and external trailers and machinery.Provide guidance and support to tradespeople, trade assistants, and apprentices to ensure deadlines and safety standards are met.Manage rostering to ensure adequate team coverage and prioritize work schedules to align with production targets.Conduct toolbox meetings to maintain consistent standards, including contractor compliance on-site.Prepare quotes for new jobs and source parts necessary for project completion.Develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance plans.Ensure compliance with state and federal legislation.Investigate and report incidents, both internal and customer-related.Maintain adherence to systems, procedures, and timely completion of documentation.Promote a safe and hazard-free work environment and ensure compliance with safety standards.Monitor and report on budgets, targets, and OHS requirements.Knowledge and Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment repairs and maintenance.At least 2 years in a management position.Expertise in heavy-duty road transport (trucks and trailers) repairs, maintenance, and servicing.Familiarity with CMS systems.Strong ability to work within time constraints and meet deadlines.What's on Offer: Monday to Friday local roleCompany vehicleImmediate startHow to Apply:
