Workshop Manager

Austcorp Executive are partnering with a leading Australian owned company specialising in the design and manufacture of industry leading OEM lifting equipment for Australian and International markets. This company operates within national and international markets covering a diverse and exciting project range.

The team are looking to recruit a WorkshopManager to lead and manage a team of Boilermakers and Mechanical fitters. You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director.

As the WorkshopManageryour day-to-day responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
Manage the day-to-day scheduling and coordination of a team of a large workshop teamWork closely with engineering, procurement and senior leadership teamIdentify areas of improvement in current manufacturing processesEnsure workshop quality and safety standards are being metA little bit about you: Trade Qualification (Boilermaker, Mechanical Fitter etc preferred)A minimum of 5 years experience managing a large workshopExperience with Heavy Fabrication and AssemblyWelding Inspection Experience (Preferred) Whats in it for you?
