SEQH remains a privately-owned company that is headquartered in Hemmant (Brisbane) with a second facility in Wellcamp (Toowoomba).We are seeking a competent leader that displays detailed knowledge across our Workshop with strong leadership skills and confidence in developing people and systems.What is the Role?As a Workshop Manager, your main objective is to lead a team of 20+ people and oversee the efficient operation of a workshop responsible for a fleet of transport vehicles, including trucks, trailers, and forklifts. In close collaboration with the Operations Managers, your key responsibilities will include:Guide, mentor, and motivate the workshop team, fostering a culture of excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement.Oversee day-to-day management of the workshop, including people management, work allocation, scheduling, timesheet approval, material tracking, and job tracking.
