Benefits Generous salary package + Company car Nationally established and recognised organisation Autonomous role with management support to expand and grow the team Training and development opportunity About the Role As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the work coordination of a small team of hydraulic trades staff and apprentices, providing support and direction across a variety of fluid power service and maintenance work on pumps, motors, drives, valve systems, and hydraulic assemblies.
In addition, you will review and prepare service work costs and estimations, provide detailed reports regarding work in progress, and have the ability to further develop your team and work environment.
Duties Coordinate workshop and field-based work and, where required, be on the tools Support and train staff in fluid power application and troubleshooting techniques Document and provide reports on WIP to the leadership team Maintain accurate supply for project items and supplies Maintain a work environment with appropriate safety and hazard controls Identify areas of efficiency and workshop improvement Skills and Experience Have a defined background in leadership and team management Have a sound technical industrial fluid power understanding Be trade qualified in mechanical fitting Be able to interpret fluid power application and schematic designs Have a flair for training, mentorship, and developing team cohesion Have sound verbal and written communication skills How to Apply Please click the apply button below and attach a current copy of your resume.
