The Equipment team is responsible for fleet acquisitions, fleet management, international maintenance and continuous improvement so that Toll can continue to provide service quality. The opportunity: Our Toll Maintenance team in Gladstone QLD are seeking an adaptable and resilient Workshop Maintenance Coordinator to support coordination and planning of all fleet maintenance activities within Toll. As the Workshop Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating vehicle service and maintenance within the Toll Group workshops & external workshops, to ensure high levels of vehicle service compliance is met without compromising on quality and with minimal downtime of assets to ensure effective asset utilisation. Roster: Monday - Friday, 38 Hours Per Week. As the Workshop Maintenance Coordinator, you will: Plan and ensure the coordinated, timely and managed approach of vehicle service bookings with all stakeholders Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal customers, driving new process to ensure successful outcomes. Ensure effective planning and management of service bookings, whilst minimising maintenance expense. Engage with 3rd party maintenance providers, and partner with them to ensure high service quality outcomes Complete relevant quality assurance tasks and administrative tasks as required. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external customers. Strategic thinker, accountable, problem solver, outcome focused Customer service orientation - detailed understanding and strong curiosity about our customers and what adds value to them Microsoft office suite expertise including Word, Excel and Outlook What moves you?
