Role Overview: As a Workshop Leading Hand, you will play a pivotal role in managing our workshop's daily operations, ensuring that all services are delivered with the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You'll oversee a team of technicians, allocate workloads, and ensure that all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed to our customers' satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate activities of the service technician team. Allocate and manage workloads to ensure timely completion of tasks. Monitor and enforce quality control standards. Liaise with the parts department to ensure availability of required parts. Maintain clear and effective communication with the service department and customers. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Identify training needs and opportunities for team development. Manage warranty submission and compliance. Requirements: Proven experience as a Foreman or Workshop Controller in the automotive industry. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent organisational and time management skills. A thorough understanding of automotive systems and technology. A valid driver's licence.
