We are looking for a workshop Foreman to deliver high quality service for our customers.
This position is ideal for a highly competent, qualified Automotive Technician ready for the next step or a current Foreman seeking a change.
The role will involve the following:
Organising and managing the repair order flow through the workshopResponsibility for the efficiency and productivity of all techniciansWorking closely with the Service Manager to ensure the efficient operation of the workshopLiaising between the Technicians and the Service AdvisorsOverseeing technical training for Apprentices and TechniciansServicing, repairs and vehicle diagnosticsThe successful candidate will require the following:
Strong organisational skills with an attention to detailA mature, professional approach to workAbility to manage and mentor a service workshop teamBe well presentedPrevious dealership workshop experienceExperience with Ford, Hyundai or Honda would be beneficialWe will provide the following:
