We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled full-time Workshop Foreman (Heavy Vehicle / Diesel Mechanic) to join our busy workshop in Wingfield SA.

Tasks will involve but not be limited to the following:
Maintaining a fleet of Waste collection vehicles and associated equipment Supervise and manage the workshop and mechanical staff Reporting requirements Assist in staff training and development Assist if required in both major and minor repairs Help manage emergency breakdowns as they arise Scheduled maintenance The successful applicant will possess:
Experience in managing staff A current heavy rigid truck driver's license Familiarity with Quality Assurance & Occupational Health & Safety Good communication and organisational skills Experience in hydraulics, automotive electrics, or welding is not essential but would be an advantage, as would a forklift licence.
Previous experience in a similar role would also be highly regarded.
A generous rate will be negotiated, depending on experience.
In accordance with our Company's recruitment process, all successful applicants will be required to undergo a Pre Employment Medical, which includes a drug test.
A current driving history, with a good driving record will also need to be provided.
