About the Role:
Ventia is growing rapidly, and we are seeking a versatile and skilled Project Electrician to join our expanding team at our Withcott workshop.
This role will involve the installation, repair, and commissioning of oil and gas infrastructure and plant equipment.
As a Jack of All Trades, you'll not only focus on electrical work but also assist our engineers and trades teams with various tasks when needed.
This permanent role offers diverse work and the chance to grow with us as we take on more projects.
You'll primarily work Monday to Friday, with potential for overtime, providing you with opportunities to maximise your earnings while contributing to exciting projects in the industry.
Key Responsibilities: Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs across a variety of projects.Step in and support other trades when required, providing hands-on assistance across multiple disciplines.Collaborate with engineers and tradespeople to ensure the successful delivery of projects.Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues efficiently and effectively.Maintain compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all work.Assist in the planning and execution of current and upcoming projects.What We Offer: Permanent full-time role with the opportunity for overtime.A wide range of diverse and interesting work as we expand our project pipeline.The opportunity to work alongside a supportive and skilled team of engineers and tradespeople.Career development and training opportunities.A collaborative and inclusive work environment where your versatility and adaptability are valued.About You: Fully qualified A-Grade Electrician.Forklift ticket highly regarded.Hazardous Area Certification highly regarded.Demonstrated fault-finding and diagnostic experience in fixed plant equipment.Good PLC knowledge and integration.Knowledge and experience with powered drives, generators, and switchboards.Excellent understanding of WHS and Electrical Regulations.Experience reading and understanding electrical schematics and drawings.Current First Aid, CPR, and LVR certifications.Apply:
