Add expected salary to your profile for insights.ASV Sales & Service, headquartered in Newcastle with branches in Perth and Brisbane & Sunshine Coast, is one of Australia's premier suppliers of construction equipment.Our premium product range includes ASV Posi-Track, JCB, XCMG, Fecon Forestry, and a broad range of related attachments.We are currently seeking experienced Workshop / Diesel Mechanics for our workshop based at our Hexham branch in Newcastle.Paying above award wages, with positions available for immediate start.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshooting, fault finding, and repairing: Hydraulics, Mechanical & Electrical.Able to read Hydraulic and Electrical Schematics.Routine servicing on customers' machinery.Able to travel away overnight as required, including country/regional work.Assisting team members with tasks and projects as required.Minimum RequirementsSound mechanical knowledge.Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability.Attention to detail and pride in workmanship.A current Driver's License.A/C License is highly regarded.Remuneration package will reflect experience, qualifications, and job skills.This is a full-time role from Monday to Friday, with paid overtime available as required.
