About the company : A growing company that produces high-quality, state-of-the-art equipment for several commercial industries. They are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Workshop Coordinator.
As a key member of their operations team, you will be vital in managing customer and supplier relationships, coordinating workshop activities, and ensuring the smooth procurement of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities : Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure excellent communication and service delivery.Coordinate the flow of parts and equipment through the workshop, ensuring timely and efficient processing (within SAP).Oversee procurement activities, including sourcing and purchasing of goods, quoting, invoicing of parts for services, repair, and overhaul.Conduct sourcing activities to identify and evaluate new suppliers, ensuring the best value and quality.Perform routine inventory management processes, receiving and dispatching stock, and daily site operations.Ensure the on-time preparation of inventory to satisfy scheduled pickups.Support the service team with all documentation, good receipts and QA inspections.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication, mitigating procurement risks.Oversee freight and dispatch arrangements.Ideal Candidate : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organisational and time management skills, experienced in coordinating repairs, quoting, and invoicing, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Proficient in using ERP / MRP.What We Offer : Competitive salary and benefits package ($100k to $120k).Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing team.Professional development and training opportunities.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Flexible working arrangements, once up to speed.If you would like to discuss the role further, please feel free to send your CV via this link and an NDR Consultant will be in contact for other opportunities.
