Workshop Coordinator

Liebherr Mobile Cranes division is seeking a motivated Workshop Coordinator to join our team in our Sydney branch based in Erskine Park. You will be working as part of a supportive and experienced team to provide robust and effective coordination of the Service team within the Workshop that enables the team to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant support to the division team and its customers. This role is also the point of contact for customers and technicians within the operational area and coordinates service and new crane deliveries to the workshop.
Key ResponsibilitiesAct as point-of-call with customersEfficiently schedule service work including modifications and warranty and allocate resources, including technicians, spare parts, tools, and equipment, based on priority and availability.Manage Work In Progress (WIP) report including close-out of jobs ensuring correct allocation of labour and costsProvide guidance and direction to service team membersProvide reports on all activities of the department's operations when requiredEnsure work is completed safely and in compliance with HSE requirementsAbout YouRecognised Trade Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic FieldCertificate III in Business Administration (desirable)Previous experience in a similar roleProficient oral and written communication skillsStrong MS Word and Excel skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks and complete to a high standardInitiative and self-driveHow to ApplyPlease apply via the link below.
