About the Role: Lead and coordinate a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service and customer satisfaction Mentor and guide apprentices, fostering their growth and skill development Prioritize and manage repair orders, ensuring timely completion and smooth communication with the frontline team Troubleshoot complex technical issues and assist with hands-on problem-solving Suggest additional work that is needed to the Service Adviser Team so the customer can be notified Ensure all repairs comply with warranty requirements and maintain communication with the OEM Maintain high standards of workshop cleanliness, tool management, and safety practices Handle repeat repairs with precision, ensuring long-term fixes and preventing comebacks About you: Relevant vehicle trade qualifications, including a NSW trade license Previous workshop controller experience is highly preferred Current driver's license (essential) Mazda experience is a bonus, but not a must A positive, can-do attitude with a strong commitment to teamwork Ability to follow health and safety procedures and manage technical challenges Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail Benefits: Monthly performance-based commission Continuous development through mentoring programs Quarterly and annual recognition awards Free Titans tickets for home games Discounts on Bupa Private Health Insurance, gym memberships, and more!
