A full-time role within a leading multi-franchised automotive dealer, based in Moree.
Suitable for a Workshop Controller, Service Team Manager, or Quality Control/Test Driver to lead and optimise workshop operations for a well-established dealership group.
Requires: Experience as an Automotive Workshop Controller or Service Team Manager. Salary guide: $80,000 - $90,000 per annum + drive car Location: Moree Your normal day will involve:
Leading a team of technicians to optimise productivity and profitability. Overseeing job allocation, scheduling, and workflow to ensure efficiency. Supervising quality control, conducting test drives, and performing final assessments. Providing training and guidance to apprentices. Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. Delivering exceptional service to dealership guests while maintaining high standards of work. You will need:
