Workshop Controller

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller for our client in the Gold Coast.
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday.The successful candidate will be managing a team of Technicians, Apprentices, and Detailers on a daily basis, overseeing the progress of jobs for customer vehicles, ensuring the team achieves high efficiency, successful diagnosis, and on-time delivery.You will ensure smooth workflow between the Workshop Controller, the Technical Advisors, and the Diagnostic team.Successful applicant will have the following:Recent experience in a similar role in a high-volume DealershipPreferably Toyota experience but not essentialAbility to manage multiple staff under pressureExcellent communication and decision-making skillsBe customer-focused and committed to achieving resultsWork as part of a team and create a positive work environmentHave a high level of technical ability and experienceSalary on offer A$70,000 - A$75,000 per annum plus super and commissions.Desired Skills and Experience:We are seeking an experienced qualified technician with 2 - 3 years experience as a workshop controller preferably with a Japanese brand.OUR COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY & INCLUSION:At Drake, we are committed to fostering diversity, inclusion, and equity.
