Our Opportunity: We are looking for a Workshop/Appliance Service Technician to join our Melbourne team.
If you are sustainably minded, we want you to use your knowledge to fix our appliances and/or air-conditioners quickly with our spare parts to satisfy our long-standing customers.
Alongside this, we are looking for someone who is happy to help the team in the workshop when required.

Key responsibilities: Repair and fully test the operation of the product ensuring full customer satisfaction Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals and training sessions Complete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collection Maintaining and managing van stock of spare parts inventory Assist and support the warehouse teams on occasion.
Experience and Skills we are seeking: Electrical License or Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances) preferred Strong communication skills and comfortable with a PC Provide premium customer service Be self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature Clean Drivers license essential.
