Job Duties: Monitor workshop visits from personnel, ensuring work is being done effectively and safely.
Ensure the workshop yard is organised and kept relatively tidy.
Help coordinate repairs and maintenance as required.
Handle paperwork related to work orders where necessary.
Ensure that all equipment is in good working order and properly maintained.
Check up on NXT Group Kalgoorlie facilities when required.
Act as the primary contact for Kalgoorlie Yard.
Track, coordinate, and manage inventory and assets.
Order supplies as needed.
Our Ideal Candidate: Has a strong safety focus.
Possesses a positive work attitude.
Holds a valid driver's licence.
Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Has experience with self-diagnosis and troubleshooting mechanical components.
Holds working rights within Western Australia.
Exhibits a strong work ethic and time management skills.
Is able to complete a police check and medical with drug and alcohol screening.
Has blasting and painting maintenance experience.
Holds an HR licence.
Is proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
