Workshop Adminstrator

As an administrative assistant at Green by Nature, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the efficient operation of our workshop facilities.
Your responsibilities will include a variety of administrative tasks and operational tasks essential in maintaining our fleet and equipment  Responsibilities -   Format prestart procedures, transitioning from current systems to SAP.
Manage service, fault repair bookings, ensuring timely scheduling and coordination.
Integrate tasks with GO fleet management processes.
Manage fleet tracking platform, Reveal Generate and manage purchase orders, process invoices for stock purchase and external subcontractor or supplier engagement Assist Workshop Manager with management of budgets, financial reporting and adhoc tasks as required Coordinate full fleet management activities including: Vehicle registration renewals, disposals and transfers Resolving issues related to fleet fuel cards, eTags, and adhoc toll payments.

About You   Proven experience in workshop administration or similar role.
Familiarity with SAP and/or willingness to learn new software systems.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
