Workshop Administrator - Yennora

DXT is fast gaining a reputation as the leading service provider of transport services throughout regional NSW.
Operating out of our Yennora depot we are looking for a Service Administrator to join our team. Reporting to our Fleet and Asset Manager you will be responsible for all administrative tasks for our workshop.
Duties will include:
Opening and closing job cardsOrdering of partsLiaising with customers to provide progress updates Invoicing Acceptance and processing of service requestsJob allocation and scheduling General Administrative duties  To be successful for this position you will require: 
Customer Service Skills Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience within the Transport or Automotive Industry is not essential, but will be a bonus Adhere to safe work practices and procedures If you feel like the above position is your next calling.
