What does the job look like?
Based at our Willawong Service Centre and operating Monday to Friday, this role is a key contributor to the Queensland Service Centre team.
It provides essential administrative support, including reception duties, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
The position also delivers exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with Linfox business units, vendors, and the Global Head Office.
This role plays a critical part in upholding the team's high standards of professionalism and service excellence.
Key areas: Process invoices efficiently and accurately using SAP, ensuring all financial data is correctly recorded.
Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, answering emails, and maintaining accurate records.
Provide reception support, including greeting visitors and managing mailboxes and correspondence.
Deliver outstanding customer service and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with additional administrative duties as required to support day-to-day business operations.

We're seeking someone with solid administrative experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:: Experience in administrative roles, preferably with a focus on processing invoices and a proven ability to deliver exceptional support and customer service.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate clear and effective interactions.
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel, with advanced computer skills.
Excellent time management and organisational abilities, capable of prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge or experience in the transport industry is highly regarded What's in it for me?
