Macmahon is currently seeking an experienced Workshop Administrator to join our team.
With a recent expansion of the workshop facilities, this position is responsible for providing high level customer service and support to the management team and wider employee group.
About the role: Fulltime permanent role Based at the Perth Airport Responsibilities of the role: • Reception duties; manage & distribute calls, first point of contact • Liaise with internal & external parties • Enter timesheets; meeting payroll deadlines • Process leave request forms • Data entry • Raise requisitions • Organise office equipment; ordering stationary and other requirements • Attend & participate in project/site meetings providing administrative support • Maintain an accurate filing system To be successful the following is required: • 1-2 years in a similar position; preferably in a mining environment • Strong communication skills • Strong Microsoft office knowledge • High attention to detail • Ability to work to deadlines and multitask Employee Benefits: • Highly competitive remuneration • Onsite gym – train 1-1 with our PTs for free!
