About your new role
The Workshop Administrator is responsible for assisting and supporting the branch and workshop, field service and production teams with administration of day-to-day functions.
This role will report to the Senior Workshop Administrator, and will be aligned with the branch's commitment to exceptional service to all Cooper Fluid Systems customers.
As a Workshop Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of day-to-day functions in our Adelaide branch whilst also assisting to maintain essential administrative functions.
This role is ideal for someone with exceptional organisational skills and a commitment to excellence.
This is a vital role in the business and will be responsible for: Utilising relevant computer-based job management systems to process jobs for the workshop; including entry of incoming repairs, quoting to customers, supplier pricing and availability for parts and replacement items, creating purchase orders, receiving invoices, assisting in ordering (e.g., uniforms), processing customer purchase orders and invoicing.Efficiency and accuracy in managing emails.Data entry, time sheet management including entry to jobs and fortnightly spreadsheet.Liaising with workshop staff and purchasing department to organise job parts.Ensuring that the processing of paperwork is performed in an accurate and timely manner.Assisting with implementation and transitioning of a new ERP system (D365).Processing some incoming and outgoing deliveries for the business.Assisting with ensuring a high level of customer service from the branch both verbally and in written communication.What you will need to succeed
The successful applicant will ideally have the following:
