About The Opportunity We are seeking a Works Supervisor to ensure service excellence for a large-scale social housing contract by efficiently coordinating, managing, and monitoring subcontractor performance of facility management service delivery for a large-scale social housing contract. This role aims to guarantee the safe, timely, and client-desired delivery of all necessary works, meeting both Programmed Facility Management (PFM) and client quality standards. This permanent, full-time role based in Dubbo NSW, plays a crucial part in delivery of facility management and contributing to important services for the community.
Key responsibilities Ensure professional service delivery meeting client satisfaction. Communicate work updates and commencement dates to customers and service teams. Coordinate works management from planning to completion. Review work status and monitor project expenditure against budgets. Ensure safe, successful, and profitable work outcomes. Assess OH&S resources and requirements before work commencement. Communicate work requirements, plans, and timelines to staff. About You To be successful in this role, you will have experience in building trades/services or facilities management (or similar) in a supervisor, management, or planning/ scheduling position. You will have a 'can do' attitude, natural ability for people engagement and passion for excellent service delivery.
Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
Trade qualification(s) desirable and/or FM experience Demonstrated knowledge of building and construction- desirable. Current driver's licence. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills. Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint).
