Evoenergy's Works Enablement Team are seeking a Works Preparer to efficiently organise electricity network construction jobs and projects and enable delivery of its Program of Work.
Why work with Evoenergy: Salary $118,019 - $143,895 + 16% Superannuation Free gym membership + onsite physio Ongoing, full-time position About the role: This is a unique opportunity to be a part of the newly established, centralised Works Preparation Team within Evoenergy's Works Enablement group.
Reporting to the Works Preparation Team Lead, you will be responsible for receiving rolling programs of works and planning and organising all aspects of individual jobs and job bundles to be ready for scheduling and delivery by field construction staff.
This is an evolving role, and the successful applicant will play a critical part in establishing and applying new processes, working with the Works Preparation team and other stakeholders throughout the business to ensure works are prepared and delivered to Evoenergy's requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Prioritise work for scheduling within a 0-3 month window.
Identify opportunities for tactical bundling of works, including identifying where jobs can be bundled together on the same outage.
Desktop scoping, assigning projects and work orders to delivery partners for field scoping, arranging contractor availability, confirming job estimates in line with standard jobs or project estimates, transfer prepared jobs to Schedulers for scheduling of field delivery.
Achieve consistency by ensuring standardised works preparation processes are followed Provide coaching and support to Works Preparation Support Officers.
