As our Works Delivery Support Officer, you will be based in Karratha, and responsible for supporting the management of works delivery in accordance with corporate and divisional systems and framework to deliver safe, reliable, and quality power supply within Operational Budgets.This is a permanent full-time position.Your Role Will IncludeEnsuring a safe working environment by executing all work delivery activities safelyProcurement and Organisation of resources (such as staff, fleet, tools, and equipment) in line with current standards, policies, and proceduresAssisting in scheduling, issuing, monitoring, and reviewing work packages to support efficient and effective deliveryPerforming quality assurance checks to maintain work package content according to Horizon Power's ENSMS (Energy Network Safety Management System), SHMS (Safety & Health Management System), and other Asset Management and Recording Systems requirementsCoordinating and managing network maintenance and internal/customer-funded capital works within the regions covered by service contractsAdhering to corporate and divisional processes and systems to comply with legislative policies and standards, including occupational safety, health, and environmental regulationsMonitoring Works packages against approved budgetYou Will HaveDemonstrated extensive administrative experience in a dynamic environmentAbility to work independently and take initiative, follow instruction with precision, and ensure schedules align with operational prioritiesAbility to collaboratively work with diverse teams, building positive relationships within team and cross teamsSound knowledge of complex IT based business, customer, asset, and operational systems (e.g., MS Office, Ellipse, Electric Office, and scheduling/work management systems)WA Driver's License Class 'C' or 'C-A'Our Employees Enjoy Real Rewards And Recognition IncludingWorking on impressive renewable energy projects across WAHelping to create a connected and thriving WAAn extensive rewards and recognition programAccess to our award-winning health and wellbeing programFlexible working arrangementsOur workplace culture is created through every interaction, every experience and everything we do.
