Their people take great pride in being of service to the communities they serve by efficiently distributing electricity in a way that is affordable, safe, reliable, and sustainable.Your new role outlineThe Works Delivery Manager is responsible for the Transmission Asset Engineering team of 9 and will focus on managing and coordinating the delivery of network programs and provide engineering advice and direction as a technical expert. The role is based in Spring HillKey Accountabilities* Develop and support a culture of continuous improvement.* Oversee transmission operating and capital programs.* Management, leadership and development of staff.* Monitor maintenance, refurbishment and replacement strategies and provide reports and recommendations based on asset condition, performance and risk.* Manage the performance of the Maintenance and Capital Works Programs in relation to resource management.* Provide technical support to other departments within the business.Your Skills and Experience* Bachelor of Engineering - Electrical* Master's in Business, Asset Management would be desirable.* Previous experience in a similar role within the Energy utilities business.What Next?If you are looking for a role change or to step up from your current role please send through your application as there are a number of roles that may be suitable if not this one.For more information please call Rachel Patton on 02 9689 8910.
