Your new role outline
The Works Delivery Manager is responsible for the Transmission Asset Engineering team of 9 and will focus on managing and coordinating the delivery of network programs and provide engineering advice and direction as a technical expert. The role is based in Spring Hill

Key Accountabilities
* Develop and support a culture of continuous improvement.
* Oversee transmission operating and capital programs.
* Management, leadership and development of staff.
* Monitor maintenance, refurbishment and replacement strategies and provide reports and recommendations based on asset condition, performance and risk.
* Manage the performance of the Maintenance and Capital Works Programs in relation to resource management.
* Provide technical support to other departments within the business.

Your Skills and Experience
* Bachelor of Engineering - Electrical
* Master's in Business, Asset Management would be desirable.
* Previous experience in a similar role within the Energy utilities business.
