About The Opportunity Programmed Facility Management is seeking a Works Coordinator to join our high-performing team delivering emergency maintenance services to our client, The Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA).
Situated in our state-of-the-art office located at Collins Square in Docklands, this full-time position will join our crucial contact center team that is responsible for answering all phone calls and responding to emails from schools and vendors in relation to their new or active service requests.
Nature of position: Full-Time Location: Docklands, Melbourne Benefits Attractive salary package + great employee benefits Long-term career prospects and professional growth opportunities Paid parental leave and great discounts with selected retailers Supportive and progressive team environment Key Responsibilities Work with the Service Centre team to answer and action all phone calls and emails Schedule and manage work orders/service requests Assist our Project Managers as required Ensure school plans are provided to our vendors Review all service requests and ensure all appropriate follow-up actions and communications are completed and registered in the relevant systems Manage the client's expectations through frequent, accurate and timely updates About you To excel in this position, you should have previous administrative experience with superb attention to detail, intermediate to advanced skills with excel and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
