Works Coordinator

ACT Line Marking Pty Ltd is a company operating as a line marking and sign installation contractor in the ACT and NSW.
We are seeking a Works Coordinator who will oversee the effective and efficient delivery of linemarking.
Manage staff and resources in implementing line marking work.Provide effective collaboration and flexibility in working with the other Coordinators to deliver the works efficiently.Liaise with the other Works Coordinators and the Superintendent of Works to plan, organise and supervise works.Ensure works assigned to outdoor staff and contractors are constructed in accordance with approved designs, industry standards and within budget.Ensure outdoor staff and contractors use safe work methods.Ensure prompt, clear, and effective communication with clients, including timely updates on service requests.Proactively manage urgent events, keeping clients informed of any potential delays or issues.Contribute to the delivery of high-quality customer service, working collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.Maintain strong lines of communication with internal departments, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring seamless coordination.Build and maintain solid working relationships with management, project managers, and client representatives.Initiate and action customer service requests for order changes, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information files. #J-18808-Ljbffr
